It can be used as a base to poach whole fish and fish fillets for banquets or hors d'oeuvres, to prepare fish sauces and creamy fish soup, and to enhance and strengthen the flavor of all fish dishes (soups, sauces, salads, fillings, quenelles).
Additionally, it can be used to season bland fish fillets prior to sautéing and frying.
Preparations

20 g of powder to 1L water
Dissolve required amount of product in boiling water and stir well
