Spray Dried Coffee
Spray-dried coffee is made from liquid coffee and extracted through the
evaporation and spray drying processes. The latest technology has been
used in the manufacturing process to preserve the distinctive taste of
coffee.
Our spray-dried coffee is available in 25kg bulk packaging and is widely
used in the food and beverage manufacturing, retail, private label, and
food service industries.
Freeze Concentrated Spray Dried Coffee
The Freeze Concentrated Spray Dried Coffee is produced through a cold
concentration process, where low temperatures are used to separate
water from the coffee extract. In this process, freezing occurs in a closed
system where the coffee extract is cooled, and water changes from a
liquid form to a solid form (ice crystals). After the ice crystals are
removed from the coffee extract, the coffee becomes more concentrated.
Freeze concentration technology can fully preserve the original aroma,
color, and taste of the coffee.
Fusion Spray Dried Coffee
Fusion Spray-dried coffee is produced by blending a certain percentage
of micro-ground coffee with spray-dried coffee, which can be 100%
Robusta, 100% Arabica, or a combination of both coffee types.
The taste profile and mouthfeel of Fusion Coffee are comparable to
freshly brewed coffee. The sediment of the micro-ground coffee that
remains at the bottom of the cup helps enrich the taste of the coffee,
giving it a fuller body.

Decaffeinated Spray Dried Coffee
The market demand for decaffeinated spray-dried coffee has been growing steadily. There are four decaffeination methods:
- Indirect-solvent process (Methyl-Chloride method)
- Direct-solvent process (Ethyl-Acetate method)
- Swiss water process
- Carbon Dioxide process
